Presentation of the temporal order from inclusion of patients (N = 694), discharge (N = 560), written informed consent (N = 138) to inclusion in the telephone survey (N = 103) is presented. It should be noted that the analysis of long-term follow-up by mRS included 138 patients inclusive of those who died in the meantime (mRS = 6), whereas the analysis of HRQoL included 103 patients without 35 patients with mRS = 6
